However, if you have changed your mind about the purchase, we offer a 30-days returns policy. Simply let us know you wish to return it, send it back, and once received we will refund you by the same method payment was made. If items are returned from outside the European Union, it is ESSENTIAL the goods are marked as returns. Otherwise we would need to pay customs charges to get the item back into the UK.
We expect the purchaser to pay the return carriage charges to Kirkby Microwave, but we will refund both the original purchase cost and the original carriage charges paid.
